In an effort to engage more members of our community, the Food Pantry will be shifting our Wednesday hours to 4-6pm starting October 3rd. Additionally, we will be adding hours every other Saturday from 9-10 am beginning October 6th.

We have been so successful with the Hannaford re-usable bags program. Let’s do it again!! The month of July is the target for purchasing Hannaford reusable bags to support the Bowdoinham Food Pantry. Don’t be one of those people who leaves a bag in the car! Go get one in July and support the food

Just a reminder that food can be dropped off at the Town Office, the Town Landing Restaurant, or in the case of perishable items, call the food pantry at 751-7779. The Recycling Barn is NOT a drop-off point.

Starting the week of September 6th, the Bowdoinham Food Pantry will be open 3pm to 5pm. Please let us know if these shortened hours are a problem for you, and we will try to accommodate your schedule.

It’s time for the Polar Bear Dip in Bowdoinham, which means I am once again jumping into the Cathance River to raise funds for the Bowdoinham Food Pantry. The Food Pantry provides hunger relief to many folks in town. There couldn’t be a worthier cause. Thank you in advance for your support.
***NEW HOURS*** Effective November 4 2015, the Bowdoinham Food Pantry will be operating WEDNESDAYS 3 – 6 pm. We will no longer be open on Fridays. The Town Office is also open late on Wednesdays. Hopefully this will allow everyone to take care of all kinds of business in town in one afternoon!
A big thank you everyone who turned out for Celebrate Bowdoinham on that beautiful day! We received more than $350 in contributions, and we appreciate that! We cannot do this without you!
